2. Mention your order ID and reason for return

3. Attach clear images/videos if the product is damaged or defective

4. Our team will review your request and guide you further

Please do not send products back without return approval.

4. Refund Policy

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund

• If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

• Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only

5. Replacement Policy

• In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on stock availability

• Replacement delivery timelines may vary based on location

6. Shipping Charges

• Return shipping charges will be borne by Mahalaxmi Toys if the return is due to damaged, defective, or incorrect products

• For all other return reasons, shipping charges are non-refundable and will be borne by the customer

7. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled only before shipment

• Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

• Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 business days
